The Baseline 
 
 The first step to measure progress is to establish a baseline. This baseline gives both you and the trainer a starting foundation in which progress can later be measured. Each baseline assessment is done one on one with the client and trainer. Baselines are usually scheduled every Saturday at either 10 or 11 a.m. with either Jake or Andres. If for some reason the Saturday times do not work with your schedule you can contact either trainer and set up a time that works best for you. 
    
 After completion of the baseline the trainer will go over scheduling and pricing for CrossFit classes. Once you have signed up you are free to join any class you choose to. All of our classes are scalable to work for someone just starting out to the most elite athletes. All movements and technique will be covered during class.
