Training Schedule



We offer a wide variety of class times throughout the week. No need to stress about trying to work your schedule around limited class times, our schedule is designed so that CrossFit training works seamlessly within the rest of your week.  Each class is taught by experienced coaches in a positive environment. Whether your goals are general (conditioning, strength, weight loss), or specific (Olympic Weightlifting,   Power Lifting, Gymnastics and Mobility, or Competition), CrossFit Las Cruces has the best resources in town to help you acheive your goals.
